Hooker Glass Company, located in Decatur, Illinois, has been providing quality glass and mirror products for over 100 years. Established in 1855 and under current management since 1986, we are specialists in the beveling and fabrication of flat glass and mirror. Originally "Hooker Glass & Paint Mfg. Co.", there were 9 shops serving the mid-west in various locations. Today two independently owned and operated stores remain. The other Hooker Glass store (not affiliated with us) is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
     We are a family owned and operated business and we pride ourselves in the high quality of craftsmanship that goes into all of our products. Every piece of glass and mirror that we sell is closely inspected for defects & scratches and only the highest quality product is passed on to the customer.
     In addition to our high quality standards, we are also proud of our wide variety of glass fabricating capabilities. Not only do we offer in-house straight-line and shape beveling, but we also offer several styles of edgework on glass thicknesses from to . Other capabilities include but are not limited to cutouts, notches, finger pulls, plate groves, sandblasting and etching.
     Glass and mirror fabricating is not all we do. In addition to residential repair of windows and screens, we also sell and install custom fit shower enclosures for your new construction or remodeling project. Of course there are many other smaller items that we sell such as Plexiglas, Polycarbonates & other acrylics, heat-resistant glass, various patterned glasses, and much more.
